Thoughtful design. A happier everyday.
I’m Erica, a UX designer and researcher based in Orlando, Florida. I help turn complex problems into clear, usable digital experiences.
The most fulfilling part of my work is seeing firsthand that something I helped create makes someone’s day easier. A workflow that feels less frustrating. Information that finally makes sense. A task that no longer gets in the way of someone doing their job. Knowing that my work made a difference to a person is what keeps me invested in design.
Finding clarity, together.
My experience spans UX strategy, research, information architecture, interaction design, visual design, and design systems. I enjoy connecting those disciplines to understand a problem and carry that understanding into the details of an experience.
When things are ambiguous, I ask questions. I look for threads that help us understand what’s happening, what matters, and where to go next.
I care deeply about the work I create and bring high standards to the teams I’m part of. I welcome thoughtful feedback and offer it with care, helping us strengthen ideas together. When things get stressful, I focus on priorities and help determine what needs our attention first.
A storyteller at heart.
I love telling stories through words and illustration—creating moments that make people feel something and invite them into a world.
That love takes a tangible form in Cherry Berry Stationery, my illustrated paper goods business. Through stationery and a story-driven monthly mail club, I create small experiences meant to bring warmth, delight, and a little anticipation to everyday life.
Across my digital and physical work, I find fulfillment in creating something that makes someone’s day better.
Let’s connect.
I’m open to part-time remote UX opportunities where I can contribute thoughtful design, research, and a collaborative approach to complex problems.
